1. Filing a takedown notice

IPTVCAST respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content delivered through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice through our contact page.

Valid notices must include all elements required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with enough detail for us to locate it, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.

2. Our response

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours and notify the affected user.

Repeat infringers — accounts subject to multiple valid notices — will have their access permanently terminated.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Send counter-notifications through the same channel. We forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Designated agent

Designated DMCA Agent: reachable via the contact page.

We do not accept DMCA notices via WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media. Written notice through the contact page is the only valid channel.
