1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IPTVCAST (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Material changes will be announced by email and on this page.

2. Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the duration you select (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). All prices are in USD and exclusive of any local taxes that may apply.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes unless you are on a Reseller plan.

You may not redistribute credentials, share them outside your account, or attempt to circumvent device limits.

Abuse of the Service — including but not limited to script-based stream multiplication, credential resale outside the Reseller program, or attempts to compromise our infrastructure — will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Content and third-party rights

IPTVCAST is a provider of streaming infrastructure. We do not produce the content delivered through the Service.

If you believe content delivered through the Service infringes your rights, please follow the procedure in our DMCA policy.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime and have historically met or exceeded that target.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every jurisdiction at every moment.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTVCAST and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
