1. The 30-day money-back guarantee

Every plan is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation.

If you are not satisfied for any reason — quality, channel coverage, support response time, or simply because — request a full refund within 30 days and we’ll process it.

2. How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with your order email.

We process refunds within 48 hours. The funds usually land in your account in 3-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Crypto refunds: we refund in the same coin, at the same exchange rate as the original purchase.

3. Exclusions

Reseller credits: not refundable once activated to a customer. Unused credits are refundable on request.

Custom installations or white-label setups: refundable in full if requested before delivery; not refundable after delivery.

4. Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period.

If you want a refund of the current period, message us and we’ll process it under the 30-day rule.
