1. Who we are

2. What we supply
We supply access to a streaming service for a fixed term chosen by you. Access is delivered electronically as login details or a configuration link. We do not supply hardware and we do not install anything in your home.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed by messaging us. A contract is formed only once we have confirmed your order and received payment. Prices shown on this website are in pounds sterling. We may correct an obviously incorrect price before accepting your order.
4. Term and renewal
Access runs for the term you paid for and then stops. Nothing renews automatically, we do not store your card details, and we will not take a further payment without you placing a new order.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment, for keeping your login details private, and for holding any television licence required where you live. Sharing your details outside your household may result in access being suspended without refund.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Individual channels and feeds may change, move or become unavailable, and the channel line-up may vary over the course of your term.
7. Cancellation and refunds

8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current term.

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
