About IPTV Cast
We sell one thing and we try to do it properly: television over broadband, for people in the UK who are tired of paying too much for too little.
IPTV Cast is a small UK-focused operation. There is no call centre, no sales script and no rolling contract. You buy a prepaid pass for a fixed term, we send your details and a setup guide written for your device, and you watch television. When the term ends you decide whether to buy another one.
Real people answer
Support runs through WhatsApp, which means you are typing to a person rather than filling in a ticket and waiting two days. Most setup problems are solved inside a few messages, and we would far rather spend ten minutes fixing a picture than process a refund.
We answer before you buy as well. Ask whether your television is supported, whether we carry a particular channel, or whether your broadband will cope. There is no obligation and no pressure.
Built for peak time
Anyone can stream well at three in the afternoon. What matters is 20:00 on a Saturday when a whole country is watching the same fixture. Capacity is balanced across multiple feeds so that busy periods stay watchable, and where an event is carried on more than one feed we can move you across in seconds.
Individual feeds do occasionally drop. When that happens we want to hear about it while the match is still on, not afterwards.
How we work
Three things we will not do
No auto-billing
We do not store your card and nothing renews on its own. A prepaid pass ends when it ends.
No fake reviews
Our reviews page is empty because we have not collected real ones yet. We would rather show nothing than invent testimonials.
No hiding
If something is not working, message us. If we cannot fix it, we will say so rather than string you along.
A valid TV Licence is required to watch live television in the UK. That obligation sits with you as the viewer, and we would rather say it plainly here than bury it in the terms.
