What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard carries 25,000+ channels and 140,000+ titles in Full HD. Premium adds 4K UHD, premium sports channels, priority peak-time performance and faster content updates. See the full comparison.
Do I need a dish or an aerial?
No. Everything arrives over your existing broadband. Nothing is fitted and nobody visits.
What internet speed do I need?
About 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Stability matters more than speed: wired, or a strong 5 GHz signal, keeps the picture steady during live sport.
How many screens can watch at once?
One connection is included and up to 5 can be added. You may install the player on as many devices as you like and switch between them.
Is there a contract?
No. You buy a prepaid pass for a fixed term. No card is stored and nothing renews automatically.
Which devices are supported?
Fire TV Stick, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android boxes, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android mobile, Windows, Mac, MAG and Formuler. See supported devices.
The picture keeps buffering. What should I check?
Use a wired connection if you can, switch to the 5 GHz band if you cannot, close other apps, and keep a Fire Stick on an HDMI extender rather than flat against the TV. If it persists, message us: there is often an alternative feed for the same event.

Can I get a refund?

Is IPTV legal in the UK?
Streaming television over the internet is an ordinary, lawful technology and the players are ordinary software. Separately, UK law requires a valid TV Licence to watch live television, and that responsibility sits with you as the viewer.
