Samsung & LG smart TV setup
Written for Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS). You will need the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
Open the app store on your television: Samsung Apps on Tizen or the LG Content Store on webOS.
Search for the player app named in your welcome message and install it.
Open the app. It will display a device ID or MAC address on screen.
Send us that ID on WhatsApp so we can link it to your subscription.
Restart the app once we confirm. Your channels and guide will load automatically.
Worth knowing
Televisions older than roughly 2018 often will not accept the app. If yours refuses, a Fire TV Stick in a spare HDMI socket solves it cheaply and works on any TV with HDMI.
