Open the Google Play Store on the device.
Search for the player app named in your welcome message and install it.
Open the player and choose to add a new user or playlist.
Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
Let the channel list and EPG download fully before browsing.
Worth knowing
On generic Android boxes, set the display output to match your television (1080p or 4K) rather than leaving it on auto. Mismatched output is a common cause of judder.
